Project Cost Estimate: Contract Number 24-1A = $20,000 Contract Number 24-1B = $125,000 Document info : Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record at Bankson Engineers, Inc. as having obtained the Bidding Documents. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have obtained official sets of Bidding Documents from Bankson Engineers, Inc. The Bid Proposals must be a paper copy, submitted on the forms provided, with an original signature, submitted in an envelope along with the original bid security, all as described in the Information for Bidders. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the proposal, made payable to the Borough of Beallsville. Any Contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids is expected to be funded in part by a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development pursuant to the Washington County's Local Share Account Program. These Contracts are subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Workers must be paid not less than the minimum wages established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, as shown in the applicable schedule. No bid may be withdrawn for one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of opening. Beallsville Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals for any reason whatsoever.
