Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Balch Springs, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of various concrete improvements along Green Valley Drive. This Project will require 3,280 SY of concrete pavement and 1,800 LF of integral concrete curb. Approximately 750 SY of concrete sidewalk and 20 SY of concrete driveway will be installed. Crosswalk markings will be added at the intersection of Green Valley Drive and Rustic Trail along with 3 pedestrian ramps. Inlets and manholes will need to be adjusted to proposed grade.
