Add Question Cut off date and time: March 20, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. The Work consists of the construction of approximately 10 acres of new sports complex amenities to include, playgrounds, splash pad, pickleball courts, 2-baseball fields, and a skate park, to include lighted walkways. Including but not limited to, any demolition required to construct or install new features, utility work, and on-site or off-site work required to achieve project completion. Scope also includes Owner-Supplied Products. Project has been funded in part by Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act (SNPMPLA) and is governed by Davis Bacon Wage Decision and the current Nevada Prevailing Wage Rates. In the event there is a difference between Nevada Prevailing Wage Rates and the Davis Bacon Wage Rates, the higher rate shall govern. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security (in the form of, at Bidder's option, a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Money Order, or Bid Bond in favor of COUNTY) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base Bid amount, pledging that the Bidder will within ten (10) business days after COUNTY'S written request for insurance, furnish the bonds and insurance as required herein, covering the faithful performance of Contractor and the payment of all obligations arising hereunder. Bonds issued by a surety, who is an individual surety, are not acceptable to Clark County. Should the Bidder refuse to or fail to furnish such bonds and insurance, the amount of the Bid security may be forfeited to COUNTY. All checks and money orders must indicate the Payee as Clark County Department of Finance, Purchasing and Contracts Division and reflect the complete Bid number. COUNTY will have the right to retain the Bid security of Bidders to whom an award is being considered until either (a) the bonds and insurance have been furnished, or (b) the specified time has elapsed so that Bids may be withdrawn, or (c) all Bids have been rejected. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
