Site work for a water / sewer project in Ohatchee, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Water Line Replacement furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and doing the work of constructing, according to Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents on file in the office of the Owner, the improvements hereinafter described. The work of constructing the Town of Ohatchee Water Line Replacement DWSRF FS010032-01, Contract No. 2 will be let under one Contract. The principal items of work are detailed below. Principal Work: 1. 2,500 LF 6" Class 200 PVC 2. 1,100 LF 3" Class 200 PVC 3. 4 Wet Connections The Contractor is Hereby Advised That Time is of the Essence on This Project and That the Contract Time of 270 Consecutive Calendar Days and Noted Restrictions Shall Be Strictly Observed. Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed if the Contract Time is Exceeded. The Contractor May Apply for an Extension of Time in Accordance With the Provisions of the Contract; However, Such an Extension Must Be Approved Prior to the Contract Completion Date to Avoid the Imposition of Liquidated Damages. Document notes electronic copies are available, the actual cost of printing, reproducing, handling and distribution for each set of documents. No refunds will be made except to bidding Contractors, who shall be refunded for one bid set.
