Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Casco, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

This project includes the construction of two bathhouses, one pole barn, an entrance booth, and amphitheater upgrades. The work under this project involves the demolition of three (3) existing buildings, and construction of three (3) buildings (in the same general location as the demolished buildings) as follows: Bathhouse "A" (drawing volume 1-1) Bathhouse "B" (drawing volume 1-2) Campground entrance booth (drawing volume 1-4) The project also includes the construction of a Pole Barn (drawing volume 1-3). The project also includes Amphitheater Upgrades (Drawing volume 1-8) All these buildings include related site, utilities, and drainage work. The work shall be performed in one phase and shall be performed within the timeframes as follows: Pole Barn: 01 January 2025 to 01 June 2025 Bathhouse A: 16 September 2025 to 01 May 2026 Bathhouse B: 01 October 2025 to 01 May 2026 Entrance Booth: 01 October 2025 to 01 May 2026 Amphitheater: 01 January 2025 to 01 May 2025 Question Deadline 10/24/2024 at 5:00 PM ET, Questions and comments regarding the project design specifications or drawings shall be directed in writing to Colby Company LLC Gary Collette garyc@colbycoengineering.com The contract shall designate the Substantial Completion Date on or before 01 May 2026, and the Contract Final Completion Date on or before 15 May 2026. Any bid received after the noted time will not be considered a valid bid and will remain unopened. Any bid submitted by any other means will not be considered a valid bid. In certain circumstances, the Bureau of General Services may require the Bidder to surrender a valid paper copy of the bid form or the bid security document.
