Reference Number 0000280740 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/30 04:00:00 PM EDT 1.1 Och is Seeking a Contractor to Perform Elevator Cab Inspections Services as Required. 1.2 the Work Consists of the Provision of Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Work and on- Demand Repairs for Approximately 130 Elevator Cabs Located in 71 Residential Buildings Located Throughout the Och Portfolio. 1.3 the Location of Work and Equipment is Summarized in Schedule H - Location of Work and Equipment. For on-demand Repairs, the Works Order or Purchase Order Will Indicate the Specific Location. Och Reserves the Right to Edit, Add or Remove Och Locations and Equipment as Required at Any Time. At Such Time, the Current Contractual Pricing Will Form the Basis for Negotiation for Any Such Modifications. 1.4 the on-demand Repairs Will Be Issued on an "as Needed and When Requested" Basis, via Works Order or Purchase Order. Och Makes No Commitment as to the Actual Volume of Repair Work Required. Please Refer to Schedule E - Pricing (Excel) for the Estimated Annual Volume Based on Historical Repairs and Provided for Evaluation Purposes. 1.5 the Proponent is to Provide Pricing in Schedule E Pricing (Excel) for the Work Identified Herein.
