Pricing Lump sum The Project is located at the University of Ottawa Power Plant at 720 King Edward on the University of Ottawa campus and shall be executed in two phases: Phase 1: INcludes the removal of the Boiler #2 including designated substance abatement. This phase will be awarded using a CCDC2-2008 Stipulated Price Contract. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
