Reference Number 0000280712 The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Asset Management Division, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide grounds maintenance, snow clearing and garbage pick-up services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the Emerson Tourist Information Centre, Highway #75N, Emerson, Manitoba (Canada/US border). Services shall include routine clean up, grass cutting, snow clearing and sanding/de-icing, weekly garbage pick-up and removal, as-and-when requested shrub and flower bed maintenance, weed control and lawn aeration. Duration: 3 years Option: Two-1 year options Commercial General Liability Insurance Covering Claims for Personal and Bodily Injury, Death, or Damage to Property Arising Out of Any of the Operations of the Contractor or Its Officers, Employees or Agents Providing Services Under the Agreement, or as a Result of Any Negligent Acts or Omissions of the Contractor or Its Officers, Employees or Agents.
