Reference Number 0000291998 Question Deadline 05/06/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online No Construction of a bituminous pavement including grade widening, rubblizing existing concrete, milling existing bituminous pavement, granular base course (shoulders), on the southbound lanes of Provincial Trunk Highway 75, from the United States Border to 6.6km north of Provincial Trunk Highway 14 for a total construction distance of 28.5km, in the Rural Municipalities of Montcalm and Emerson-Franklin. If the preferred Bidder has not demonstrated their ability to complete the Work to the satisfaction of owner, the owner will request a revision to the work plan to be submitted within (3) three business days of the owner's request. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, disqualify the preferred Bidder and reject its Bid, if the Work Plan cannot be revised to the satisfaction of the owner. If a preferred Bidder is rejected, the Bid-der with the next lowest Total Price becomes the preferred Bidder, and so on until either a Contract is awarded to a qualified Bidder having submitted a compliant Bid or the Tender is cancelled.
