** as of 11/20/2024 project has been awarded to G-B Construction with an amount of $368,080.75.** The Project includes the following Work: The project includes the construction of a new 5' wide ADA-compliant sidewalk, ADA ramps and associated drainage improvements. Base Bid - All qualities outlined in the bid form for the following street sections identified in these documents and on the provided Construction Drawings. o Install 5' concrete sidewalk Either a certified check, cashier's check or as shall be designated in the Notice to Bid, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total cost of the Proposal, shall accompany each proposal and be attached thereto as the "Proposal Guarantee". The security document shall be issued in favor of the Owner. All questions shall be submitted to the Public Works Department., at 913-837-5371 or by e-mail at pyazbec@louisburgkansas.gov. 2. All questions concerning water service, or the purchase of a Temporary Water Meter shall be addressed to City of Louisburg Water (913) 837-5217. A temporary meter must be obtained prior to attaching to any fire hydrant located within the City of Louisburg service area. The City of Louisburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in bids.
