A 10% bid bond or 15% certified cheque, in the amount of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Municipality must accompany each tender. No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the New Brunswick Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation (No. 2022-78). The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
