License Requirements C13 or B Estimated Bid Value $125,000.00 Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 11/06/2024 2:00 PM (PDT) Scope of work includes removing and adding 12' posts and extending the gates. The layout of the fence will remain the same, and the price is to include an alternative for the fabric around the extended fence. We will have an allowance for the Bidder to attach the desired logo from the campus into the windscreen. This project requires Prevailing Wages and is covered by the District's Construction Careers Agreement with the Santa Clara and San Benito Building & Construction Trades Council. Mandatory Bid Walk -- Late arrivals will not be accommodated. At 5 (five) minutes past the advertised start time for the Pre-Bid Conference, the meeting will be considered closed, and no further admissions will be allowed.
