Fencing Repair and Replacement Services. Repair and Replacement Services, in accordance with Bid Documents on file for the Work in the Procurement Department. This is a Public Work and will require Prevailing Wages to be paid. BIDDER'S SECURITY Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. Contractor's Licensing Requirement The Contractor Must Possess a C-13 Fencing Contractor's License Issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the Time the Bid is Submitted, Per Business and Professions Code Section 7028.15. THE WORK The Work will consist of fencing repair and replacement services at countywide locations. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein.
