The County of Santa Clara (the "County") is requesting bids from vendors to provide Street Sweeping Services for the Roads Department as specified under this Invitation to Bids (ITB). Please refer to Specifications and Requirements document. If an award is made, the contract will be for a term of three (3) years with two (2) one-year extensions. Q & A deadline: Nov 06, 2024 6:00:00 PM EST The quantities indicated are estimates and based on County's estimated annual usage. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the quantity and dollar volume to be ordered. Where a contract or purchase order is awarded, the required services are to be provided on an as-needed basis or pre-determined schedule. Contract duration: 3 years This is an ALL or NONE Bid. DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award. Section III Bidder(s) must complete, sign, and submit the ITB Bidders Representation and Declaration Submittal Form With Local Preference for an award. Within 3 days of County's notification, the apparent successful Bidder will be required to submit the following documents: - Insurance certificates in compliance with County Insurance Requirements
