County of Santa Clara (County) has determined that bidders for Job Order Contracting (JOC) construction projects must be qualified prior to submitting a bid. The County intends to use the list of pre-qualified contractors for the JOCs listed below. Notwithstanding, in its sole and absolute discretion the County reserves the right to expand the solicitation to all contractors, conduct another round prequalification, or not pursue the prequalification process. BID NUMBERS HCAI: ITB-CSCHS-FY25_JOC 39, ITB-CSCHS-FY25_JOC 40, ITB-CSCHS-FY25_JOC 41, ITB-CSCHS-FY25_JOC 42 Non-HCAI: ITB-FAF-FY25_JOC 71, ITB-FAF-FY25_JOC 72, ITB-FAF-FY25_JOC 73, ITB-FAF-FY25_JOC 74 The construction projects authorized under the JOC Contracting program will vary in size and complexity, and may involve demolition, repair, or remodeling of existing buildings. It is mandatory that all contractors who intend to respond to a JOC solicitation must first be approved by the County to be on the JOC Qualified List.
