The County of Santa Clara (the "County") is requesting bids from vendors to provide Kitchen Hood, Exhaust Fan, and Duct Cleaning Services to the County of Santa Clara's County of Santa Clara Health System (CSCHS) and Fleet and Facilities Department (FAF) in accordance with the terms and conditions as specified in this Invitation to Bids (ITB). Please refer to "Specifications and Requirements" document for details. The County's intent is to award a three (3) year contract with two (2) one-year extensions for this solicitation. The quantities indicated are estimates and based on County's past annual usage. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the quantity and dollar volume to be ordered. Where a contract or purchase order is awarded, the required services are to be provided on an as-needed basis or pre-determined schedule. This is an ALL OR NONE Bid. Bidders are required to bid on all Line-Items to be considered for an award. DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award. Bidders are to complete the Bid Response Form spreadsheet in its entirety and upload the file to Periscope Holdings bid management site. Section III Bidder(s) must complete, sign, and submit the ITB Bidders Representation and Declaration Submittal Form With Local Preference to be considered for an award.
