The County of Santa Clara (the "County") is requesting bids from vendors to provide Curbside Street Sweeping Services for the Roads Department as specified under this Invitation to Bids (ITB). Section II The County's intent is to award a three (3) year contract with County's option to renew for two (2) one-year periods. The quantities indicated are estimates and based on County's estimated annual usage. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the quantity and dollar volume to be ordered. Where a contract or purchase order is awarded, the required services are to be provided on an as-needed basis or pre-determined schedule. This is an ALL or NONE Bid. DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award. Section III Bidder(s) must complete, sign, and submit the ITB Bidders Representation and Declaration Submittal Form With Local Preference for an award. Within 3 days of County's notification, the apparent successful Bidder will be required to submit the following documents: - Insurance certificates in compliance with County Insurance Requirements Contract duration: 3 years Contract renewal: 2 annual renewals Prices good for: 5 years Regions: California, Santa Clara Question Deadline 11/21/2024 at 5:00 PM PT
