**As of January 06, 2025, project was awarded to Walker Construction Builders, Inc. awarded amount is $2,336,784.95.** The Project is located at 399 Blossom Hill Road and involves construction of new nonbearing partitions, structural support for moveable partitions and slab concrete infill, lighting and ceiling systems, power/data, finish materials and related structural electrical mechanical and plumbing. The facility will include flexible workstations for staff and community use, and private rooms for individual and group counseling, as well as a community meeting and training room for 100+ attendees (including neighborhood groups) that can be divided flexibly into smaller group rooms. The estimated construction term is four months. Work is anticipated to start at the latest January 13, 2025.
