BART Silicon Valley Phase II (BSVII) Program Management Services. Question Deadline 10/16/2024 at 6:00 PM PT Questions or comments regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing on the VTA Procurement Website no later than the Deadline to Submit Questions stated in Table 1. Written responses will be posted on the VTA Procurement Website. VTA is not obligated to respond to all questions. Any communication regarding this RFP or the Project other than with the Designated Point of Contact or through the Question and Answer process may result in the disqualification of the Proposer. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, communication with any VTA representatives, including VTA Board members, VTA management and staff, and VTA consultants. Contractors and subcontractors proposing to provide services under this RFP remain responsible for avoiding conflicts of interest and must review their existing VTA engagements with their prospective teaming partners before submitting a Proposal under this RFP to assure that conflicts of interest are avoided. Similarly, potential contractors and subcontractors are responsible to do their own conflict of interest analysis, including seeking their own legal advice as to whether a conflict of interest exists. Contractors and subcontractors performing work resulting from this RFP must continue to monitor for and avoid conflicts of interest at all times. VTA reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion (i) whether an actual conflict exists, and (ii) whether a potential conflict of interest exists. Nothing in this RFP is intended to operate as a waiver of either actual or apparent conflicts.
