The Work will consist of:DA Server Room Fire Protection Upgrade (DEV-1374) occurs on the Fourth Floor in room 451. Additional infrastructure work will occur in areas outside of this room where required. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Provide New Clean Agent Fire Suppression System 2. Provide New Early Warning Air Sampling Smoke Detection System 3. Provide New Agent Release Panel with Manual Release Stations, Alarm, etc. 4. Modify the existing wet-pipe system to install new pre-action system piping 5. Modify the existing electrical system to accommodate the new fire protection system. 6. Selective demolition, including the existing ceiling, diffusers, electrical, etc. 7. New penetrations requiring UL rated fire sealant and firestop.
