On Demand Construction services for projects between $50K and $500K. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit qualifications to establish contracts through competitive negotiations for on-demand construction services by Virginia Military Institute, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. This contract will include open enrollment periods at each renewal to allow for contractors to be added to the contract. Period of Contract: Date of Award through 31 December 2025, with three (3) optional one-year renewals. Use of the Understanding of Requirements Form, Attachment D, must be used. No phone calls will be accepted; no emails will be answered. Answers will be posted in the form of an addendum. The Institute reserves the right to reject any subcontractor proposed to complete the work or a portion of the work. The Commonwealth further reserves the right to reject any (bid/proposal) if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such (bidder/offeror) fails to satisfy the Commonwealth that such (bidder/offeror) is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
