As of December 19, 2024, per owner, evaluations are ongoing. Qualified engineering firms to provide design engineering services for an air traffic control tower at the Leesburg Executive Airport. It is anticipated that this project will include federal funding from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and/or state funding from the Virginia Department of Aviation (DOAV) and shall be subject to applicable grant requirements and regulations.
