Site work for a mixed-use development in North Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Scope of Work consists of Construction of a Park as outlined by the project documents (plans and specifications) to include, however are not limited to, the installation of storm water-, electrical-, and water utility lines; installation, rough grading and compaction of on-site stored soils, procurement and installation of structures, procurement and installation of hardscape, procurement and installation of walls and stairs, procurement and installation of site furnishing and signage, installation of playground equipment purchased by owner, procurement and installation of playground surfacing, amending of on-site soils and installation of planting soils, procurement and installation plantings and turfs, procurement and installation of an irrigation system, and procurement and installation of streambank and slope stabilization. The project is generally located east of Vernon Road and East 26th Avenue. The City intends to award a contract on or before December 17, 2024. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 11/11/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Clarifications requested by the bidders must be received by SWT Design, Inc. The reply will be in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be posted electronically. The anticipated latest issue date for Addendum is November 18, 2024.
