Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The roof replacement project at Central Distribution Facility consists of the removal of the existing roof membrane (+/-16,320 square feet), providing specified roof insulation, modified bitumen roof system, and sheet metal work. The roof replacement project at Winnetonka High School consists of the removal of the existing roof system (+/-33,239 square feet), providing specified roof insulation, fully adhered single-ply roof system, and sheet metal work. The roof replacement project at Gateway 6th Grade Center consists of the removal of the existing roof membrane (+/-34,861 square feet), modified bitumen roof system, and sheet metal work. The roof replacement project at Chouteau Elementary School consists of the removal of the existing roof membrane (+/-7,194 square feet), providing specified roof insulation, modified bitumen roof system, fully adhered single-ply roof system, and sheet metal work. The NKCSD Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserve the right to be the sole judge of what it considers the lowest responsible bid.
