The Town of Duxbury as the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids to repair the Powder Point Bridge located within the Town of Duxbury as described in the drawings and specifications attached. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, 39M. The work is estimated to cost $475,000.00. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid, made payable to the Town of Duxbury. BIDDERS QUALIFICATIONS: Bidders must have completed three (3) similar projects in the last five (5) years. BONDS: 100% payment bond
