Estimated Cost 7.5M Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Town of Tisbury, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Vineyard Haven Public Library Addition & Renovation project in accordance with Contract Documents. The town is planning on adding a large meeting room to serve the community.In addition the town would like to bring the existing building up to the current energy codes, replace the roofing material and siding, add new bathrooms and upgrade existing plumbing and electrical. Misc. Metals, WDC, Roofing & Flashing, Glass & Glazing, Acoustical Tile, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC Electrical All bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders must be certified by the DCAMM in the category of HVAC. The Filed Sub Bid HVAC contractor will also be a General (Prime) Contractor for this project and will procure, oversee and administer all associated work of the General (Prime) Contractor.
