Estimated Cost $2,750,000 Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Merrimack Street Area Utility Improvements The work includes constructing approximately 2,200 linear feet of new 12-inch and 8-inch diameter water main and related fittings in Merrimack Street, How Street, and West Street; cleaning and lining of approximately 1,100 linear feet of existing sanitary sewers and drains; excavate/replace approximately 35 linear feet of sanitary sewer; interior lining of approximately 17 catch basins; 3 new sewer manholes; full width milling and paving of How Street and West Street; and appurtenant work.Work also includes development of a traffic management plan and implementation of traffic controls, and the development and implementation of a pedestrian safety plan. Contract time for the projectshall be 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. A Notice to Proceed no later than January 1, 2025 is anticipated. Question Deadline 11/08/2024 To receive consideration, such questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer. (For this purpose, Attention Mark Meserve, email address: mark.meserve@aecom.com) at least five days before the established date for receipt of Bids. In general, the Engineer will neither approve nor disapprove particular products prior to the opening of Bids; such products will be considered when offered by the Contractor for incorporation into the Work
