American Constructors will receive Competitive Proposals for: Liberty Hill ISD Elementary #8 - Bid Package #2 (EXCLUDING: Earthwork / Erosion Control / Utilities / Building Foundation / Pavement & Retaining Walls) Project Description: New ~112,000 sf elementary school for Liberty Hill ISD located on a site in the Lariat Subdivision on CR 214. The project consists of an approximately 112,000 sf elementary school, with 3 classroom wings, a gymnasium, cafeteria, library, and administrative area. Due to sloping site, the building will be 1 story at the front of the building, with 2 stories in 2 of the classroom wings. The overall project schedule is: Anticipated Start Work - December 2024 Anticipated Completion - February 2026 Tax Exempt Status: The owner of this project is a tax exempt entity.
