The Proposals shall be for furnishing all labour, equipment, material, software, and on-site services for the supply, assistance in installation, and commissioning of .1 standby diesel electric generator, appurtenances and tools required for complete and functional operation. Services will include design, manufacturing, testing, supply, delivery, commissioning, and operator training. Installation of the equipment will be by others.
