The Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To, Partial Demolition As Indicated On The Drawings; Freestanding Partition Wall Assemblies With Privacy Walls, Including Products By Steelcase; New Drywall Partitions, Doors, And Hardware; Wood-paneled Millwork; 3d Acoustical Ceiling System; Flooring; Paint; New Finishes; Minor Patching And Repairs; And Upgrades To Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, And Hvac Systems. Bid Option 1 (To Be Priced Separately): Existing Ceiling Grid To Remain In Areas Indicated On The Floor Plans. Replace Ceiling Tiles With New Ones, As Specified In Finish Legend. Ensuring All Patching And Repairs Are Completed To Provide A Seamless Integration With The New Installation. Bid Option 2 (To Be Priced Separately): Provide Wood Veneer Paneling Assembly, Perimeter Led Lighting, And All Components As Shown In Drawings At Back Monitor Wall Behind New Its Help Desk 1104, In Lieu Of Existing Wall To Be Painted Around New Monitor. Note That This Bid Option Is To Include All Work Associated With This Wood-paneled Assembly. Work Scheduled To Commence No Later Than January 6, 2025 With A 5-month Duration Anticipated.
