Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Dayton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of August 20, 2025, the project is under construction. A general contractor has been selected. Construction is expected to conclude in the fall of 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Blythe Ferry Convenience Center Ramp Located at 640 Dean Corvin Lane, Dayton, Tn 37321 For further information or questions please contact Jim Vincent or Karmen Sutton at (423-775- 7801). Prepare and pourfooters for retainer walls on both sides of the ramp. Build retainer walls 14 foot apart, with 12-inch block filled with concrete, or poured concrete walls 5ft high and 70ft long. The ramp will be 14ft wide and consist of a 41ft platform with two 24ft 6in ramps at each end. Install heavy duty handrail 36in high the full length of the ramp on both sides. Pour concrete pads on both sides of the ramp 12ft wide and 90ft long. Pour a 28x30 foot concrete pad. All concrete used in this job will need to be 4,000 lb mix with added fiber. The concrete should be 6 inches thick throughout. Pour a 10x25 foot concrete pad
