JLRD Project No: 124049 The City of West Palm Beach for its agency, the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, is soliciting bids from qualified and responsible contractors to assume full responsibility to complete the work which includes install carpentry finishes and fixtures, modifications necessary to address life safety concerns, ADA accessibility, improve acoustics and add/replace lighting fixtures as shown in the construction drawings, Interior design package and described in the technical specifications for the project to place the building into service for entertainment and dining. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
