Question Deadline 11/18/2024 All questions related to this proposed Contract, pre-bid site tour, or interested bidders list must be directed in writing to Nathan Churchill at nchurchill@mmsd.com no later than three days before the Bid opening date ISS Pump Chamber Air Supply Unit Repair at Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility. The project contemplated seeks to repair an air supply unit located on the rooftop of the ISS Pump Station (Building 263C) at Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility ("JIWRF") located at 700 East Jones Street, Milwaukee, WI 53207. This air supply unit, 263-ASU-1, provides climate control for the ISS Pump Station Pump Chamber located beneath the main building. Over time, various sections of the ASU have deteriorated and repairs are needed to restore it to full capacity and extend its overall life. Under this Contract, the selected contractor shall complete the repairs and perform all tests necessary to return the ASU to service at full capacity. The Owner has a goal of 20% participation by small, women, and minority business enterprises for this Contract.
