Bid Bond Yes The City of Manassas is soliciting bids for Lake Manassas Water Treatment Plant Improvements including the following: o Demolition of existing equipment, piping, various materials and components, etc. o Furnishing and installing new inclined plate settler equipment, troughs with adjustable weirs, and structural supports with the four existing sedimentation basins o Concrete rehabilitation, as required within the four existing sedimentation basins o New sodium hypochlorite chemical storage facility including bulk storage tanks and chemical feed equipment o New DelPAC chemical storage facility including bulk storage tanks and chemical feed equipment o New Sludge blowdown building installed adjacent to existing Superpulsator(R) and includes miscellaneous blowdown equipment o Electrical and SCADA Improvements o Yard piping, grading, access drive and sidewalk improvements; and miscellaneous work as shown on the Drawings and as specified.
