The Work generally consists of construction of a new approximately 5,581 SF, single story classroom, lab and warehouse building. The scope includes but not limited to masonry, concrete, steel, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, systems, finishes, photo-voltaic array and related sitework. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise.
