Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work generally consists of multiple additions and renovations to an existing K-8 school facility. Work includes a new two-story classroom wing, a gymnasium with stage, music and art rooms, and expanded kitchen and cafeteria areas. The existing auxiliary gym and stage will be converted to additional dining spaces, and a small receiving area addition is planned. Existing classrooms will be reconfigured to adjust program areas within the building. Site improvements include an underground stormwater tank, expanded parking, and revised student drop-off lanes. The scope includes but not limited to masonry, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and systems demolition and improvements. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise. Submitting proposals or bids via the online is mandatory for solicitations issued by PWCS.
