two (2) drainage/roadway improvement projects within the Town. Both projects are funded, in part, by FEMA under Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance Number 97.039 (Hazard Mitigation Grant Program). The Town anticipates awarding the professional services needed under S. Sewall's Point Road Phase 3 (Project No. 1) and S. Sewall's Point Road Phase 2 (Project No. 2) to either one or two firms. Each construction project shall be awarded under a separate contract.
