The project involves the raising of South Sewall's Point Road from Henry Sewall's Way northward to Oakwood Dr., with additional work on the side street of Oakwood Dr. Improvements will include roadway enhancements, stormwater improvements with two separate exfiltration systems, work on the existing sheet pile weir in stormwater treatment area No. 1, and installation of a baffle box at outfall No. 1. The project also includes providing a portable generator on River Rd. to support existing and future back-up pump systems. The Base Bid covers FDEP Resiliency areas. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond/Security of ten percent (10%) of the Bid. The successful bidder must provide a 100% Construction Payment and Performance Bond according to Section 255.05 Florida Statutes. The Town reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities, reject any or all bids or parts, award to a single bidder or split between bidders, and re-solicit as deemed in the Town's best interest. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after submission. Bids must comply with the specified completion schedule and requirements. The Town is proposing the raising of S.
