RFB2026-3747 Project No. 2023.045.04 Martin County is seeking bids from licensed Contractors for the construction and extension of the Hold Bay. The project includes, but is not limited to, milling operations of the existing holding bay, demolition of the existing electrical infrastructure, extension and reconfiguration of the holding bay geometry, paving, upgrades to the associated electrical infrastructure based on the new proposed layout, grading and drainage improvements to enhance stormwater management within the project limits, and the application of airfield pavement markings. The successful Contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to, nondiscrimination, wages, social security, workers compensation, licenses, and registration requirements. The cost estimate for this project is $1,408,000.00. Question Deadline 03/16/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Every request for interpretation shall be in writing and e-mailed to Purchasing at pur_div@martin.fl.us no later than 5:00 PM on Monday the week prior to the bid due date.
