This Request for Prequalification ("RFPQ") is an invitation by the Region to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to: - provide the Deliverables in the role of the general contractor; and/or - provide the Waterproofing Subcontractor Deliverables in the role of a subcontractor to the general contractor; and/or - provide the Reservoir Restoration Subcontractor Deliverables in the role of a subcontractor to the general contractor. The Region has adopted the following procurement process to procure the Deliverables, including the Waterproofing Subcontractor Deliverables and the Reservoir Restoration Subcontractor Deliverables: Step 1 - Prequalification of General Contractors and Subcontractors - Establish a list of prequalified contractors who are eligible to participate in Step 2 of the process as a general contractor (the "Prequalified General Contractors") - Establish a list of prequalified contractors who are eligible to provide the Waterproofing Subcontractor Deliverables in the role of a subcontractor to the general contractor (the "Prequalified Waterproofing Subcontractors") - Establish a list of prequalified contractors who are eligible to provide the Reservoir Restoration Subcontractor Deliverables in the role of a subcontractor to the general contractor (the "Prequalified Reservoir Restoration Subcontractors") Step 2 - Competitive Procurement Process Invite the Prequalified General Contractors to participate in a formal procurement process for the provision of the Deliverables, including the Waterproofing Subcontractor Deliverables and the Reservoir Restoration Subcontractor Deliverables. The Prequalified General Contractors will be required to select a: - Prequalified Waterproofing Subcontractor to complete the Waterproofing Subcontractor Deliverables. - Prequalified Reservoir Restoration Subcontractor to complete the Reservoir Restoration Subcontractor Deliverables.
