Chesapeake College is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified bidders to provide consulting services for the College Facilities Master Plan It is the bidder's responsibility to monitor these sites for any addenda and minutes from the pre bid meeting. Bidders should direct any questions to Karen Smith, Vice President for Administrative Services at ksmith@chesapeake.edu. Cutoff for questions is November 4, 2024 at 1:00 PM EST. Chesapeake College reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals submitted, to award contract(s) in whole or in part, and to waive informalities and technicalities if, in its judgment, the best interest of the College may so require.
