You are invited to submit a bid to provide and install a new high efficiency condensing boiler to replace one of the existing boilers currently installed at McAlister Intermediate School in Suffield, CT. The project includes removal and disposal of the existing boiler located in the basement of the building No Bid will be accepted after the time set for the opening of bids and no bidder may withdraw his bid within 120 days of opening thereof. The deadline for questions and clarifications is 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Responses will be provided by 5:00 PM on Monday, November 18, 2024. The Town of Suffield reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids when such action is deemed in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Suffield reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informality and non-material deficiencies in bidding if it is determined to be in the best interests of the Town of Suffield. Any bids that are submitted or received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be rejected. Proposals can be submitted in either of the following ways: 1.
