Renovation of a retail development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
The purpose of this project is to, as detailed herein and within Attachment A, attached hereto, replace the roofs on thirteen (13) buildings located at the agency's Oaks of Durkeeville property. The Leasing Office is located at 1605 N. Myrtle Ave Suite 10, Jacksonville, FL 32209 (please see attachment A for the specific buildings addresses where the roofs are being replaced) Question Deadline 11/13/2024 at 1:00 PM ET The Contractor shall have up to 60 calendar days to complete the project after the notice to proceed. The Contractor must maintain their construction schedule at all times, if the Contractor fails to maintain this construction schedule, he/she will be charged with liquidated damages of $150 per day. Reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the IFB process, or to terminate the IFB process at any time, if deemed by the Agency to be in its best interests. Reject and not consider any bid or bidder that does not meet the requirements of this IFB, including but not necessarily limited to incomplete bids and/or bidders offering alternate or non-requested services. Required bonds include a bid guarantee from each bidder, equivalent to 5% of the bid price and, from the successful bidder, one of the following: 1 A performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price; or 2 Separate payment and performance bonds each for 50% or more of the contract price; or 3 A 20% cash escrow; or 4 A 25% irrevocable letter of credit.
