The City is seeking professional engineering services to update and expand three watershed studies for the Muddy Branch and Lower Great Seneca and Middle Great Seneca Watersheds. The project will be administered by the City's Department of Public Works. The purpose of this project is to build upon the previous watershed plans that are now 10 years old, expanding to include the whole watershed, not limited to the City boundary, and follow the EPA's guidelines of the nine element watershed management plan. Offeror Questions Due in Writing: November 13, 2024 by 5:00 PM All questions regarding this Solicitation: (I) shall be submitted in writing by email to the Procurement Division, at procurement@gaithersburgmd.gov Award of the Contract, if any, shall be to the Offeror whose Proposal is deemed by the City to provide the best value, price and technical factors considered. The City reserves the right: (i) to accept or reject any or all Proposals in whole or in part; (ii) to waive any technicalities or informalities in Proposals; and (iii) to cancel or postpone this Solicitation at any time if determined to serve the best interests of the City. The City may reject the Proposal of any Offeror in arrears or in default to the City on any contract, debt, or other obligation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
