The selected Offeror will provide engineering design services for improvements at the Clopper Lake Dam as required to implement the Scope of Work per the DGS Procedures Manual. The rehabilitation project includes the review of available information and data, field investigation, engineering evaluation and preparation of reports, preparation of construction drawings and specification documents, participation in the bidding process, mandatory presence at the construction site for the entire duration of the project, and limited participation in warranty meetings held at 6, 12, and 24 months after "Substantial Completion" of the project. The anticipated duration of services to be provided under this Contract is as follows: Design/Construction Documents - 15 months; Bidding - 6 months; Construction - 15 months; and Warranty (limited participation) - 24 months, for an estimated total of 60 months.
