Grand Rapids Public Schools (GRPS) seeks professional design expertise to execute its Elevator Improvement Plan. The Professional Service Contractor (PSC) selected to design and oversee the compliance and modernization improvement projects must provide the full range of design and engineering capabilities along with implementation oversight for the entire scope of work. Successful design and construction of our projects may also require the use of specialists in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, fire system, alarm/security, technology. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all Proposals submitted, waive any irregularities therein, and to award the Contract to other than the Firm submitting the lowest financial Proposal.
