Site work for a civil project in Everett, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

the Port of Everett has issued a Request for Qualifications for the above-named contract, with responses due no later than the date and time given above. The Port of Everett (Port) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional engineering firms interested in designing Washington State Department of Ecology approved storm water treatment systems for two drainage networks within the Port of Everetts International Seaport. This retrofit project is designed to improve water quality protection in Port Gardner Bay through the installation of emerging storm water treatment technologies, while helping the Port maintain compliance with the Washington State Department of Ecologys Industrial Storm water General Permit (ISGP) that regulates the sites discharge. The successful Consultant(s) must be able to commence design work in January of 2025 and produce final design deliverables by no later than September of 2025 to ensure timely submittal for future grant funding of the projects construction phase. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
