Remove and dispose existing windows including window caulk and glazing. Furnish and install new windows that comply with the specifications herein for the Muddy Creek WWTP Administration and Maintenance building. The Contractor will be responsible for any asbestos abatement or removal and permitting work associated with the existing window removal, disposal, window opening preparation, and window installation. The contractor shall secure delivery of all equipment and materials required and shall complete on-site work within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from receipt of notice to begin work. A Bid Bond, deposit of cash or Certified Check, Bank Cashier's or Bank Official's Check drawn on a solvent bank payable to the Treasurer of the City of Cincinnati, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into. The contractor will be required to provide performance surety in the amount of 100% of the contract value.
