Project Description Cincinnati State seeks to finalize programming for Phase 1, also known as the "Main Street Renovation" of its Clifton Campus Master Plan at 3520 Central Parkway, Cincinnati, OH. The Clifton Campus is comprised of the Advanced Technology and Learning Center (ATLC), the Health Professions Building (HPB), and the Main Building. These facilities were constructed between 1952 and 2004 and house approximately 700,000 SF of learning, meeting, and program space. Phase 1 projects will consist of multiple suites in the ATLC and Main Building, with the bulk of the work comprising student-facing suites along the first-floor main corridor of the Main Building. The College seeks to modernize this first floor corridor, and refers to it as its Main Street project, as determined in a 2022 study performed by KZF.
