In accordance with Section 103D-304, HRS, the Department of Transportation (DOT), Airports seeks the services of qualified engineering firms to provide civil engineering services for "TAXIWAY C, D, F, AND J RECONSTRUCTION, DANIEL K. INOUYE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, OAHU, HAWAII, Project No. AO1021-29." These services are anticipated to be immediately required and shall have a contract duration time of approximately one thousand ninety-five (1095) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The contract shall be a Fixed Price contract in accordance with HAR 3-122-136. The project scope shall include providing a phased design to reconstruct and/or rehabilitate multiple airfield taxiways at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). The identified taxiways are critical to the operation of HNL and an accelerated design completion will be required.
