As of February 9, 2026, this project is in the design phase. .......................................... In accordance with Section 103D-304, HRS, the Department of Transportation (DOT), Airports seeks the services of qualified engineering firms to provide civil engineering services for "TAXIWAY C, D, F, AND J RECONSTRUCTION, DANIEL K. INOUYE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, OAHU, HAWAII, Project No. AO1021-29." These services are anticipated to be immediately required and shall have a contract duration time of approximately one thousand ninety-five (1095) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The contract shall be a Fixed Price contract in accordance with HAR 3-122-136. The project scope shall include providing a phased design to reconstruct and/or rehabilitate multiple airfield taxiways at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). The identified taxiways are critical to the operation of HNL and an accelerated design completion will be required. To Be Considered in the Selection Process for This Project, Interested Individuals or Firms Must Be on Hdot's Qualified Consultant List for Fiscal Year 2025.
